Chili

2 pounds ground beef

1.5 or 2 white onions, chopped

2 cans black beans (regular size cans)

3 cans kidney beans (light or dark) (regular size cans)

3 cans chili beans (regular size cans)

2 cans tomato sauce (small cans)

3 packs of McCormick chili mix (original)

1 bottle of salsa (24 oz) medium flavor

3 tablespoons chili powder (or more) to taste

Worchester sauce

Red pepper flakes

Garlic salt

Salt & pepper to taste

 

Brown onion and add beef, browning until cooked.

Add tomato sauce, Worchester sauce & chili packs.

Drain the beans somewhat so chili isn’t watery and combine with beef in crockpot

Mix the remaining ingredients and simmer.
