Chili

2 – 15 ounce cans of red kidney beans
2 ½ pounds of ground chuck
½ teaspoon Accent (flavoring)
1 medium chopped onion
1 – 8 ounce can tomato sauce or 2 cans of tomato soup
1 teaspoon coriander (a spice)
2 Tablespoons cumin (a spice)
6 Tablespoons chili powder
1 garlic clove
½ teaspoon sugar
4 Tablespoons olive oil
½ cup ketchup
½ cup water
Place olive oil in a skillet. Brown garlic and onion, put in crock pot (don’t drain). Cook hamburger in skillet. Put hamburger in crockpot (don’t drain). Add all other ingredients to crock pot and stir until mixed. Cook for a few hours. Skim off oil, if you wish. If it is too thick, add more tomato soup.
