Personal Chocolate Chip Cookie

Tollhouse Recipe for Grandkids

This recipe bakes into one large personal cookie and is equivalent to about 4 of the normal tollhouse cookies.

2 tablespoons                           flour

¼ of ¼ teaspoon                      baking soda

¼ of ¼ teaspoon                      salt

2 tablespoons                           stick margarine

2 teaspoons                              white granulated sugar

2 teaspoons                              brown sugar

¼ of ¼ teaspoon                      vanilla

1.5 teaspoons                           egg beaters

2 tablespoons                           chocolate chips

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a cup and set aside.  Mash margarine, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in another cup until creamy.  Add egg to margarine mixture.  Add flour mixture to margarine mixture and stir well.  Add chocolate chips.  Make a little 4” by 4” cookie tin from tin foil and put into oven or toaster oven at 375 degrees for roughly 9 minutes.  Watch it carefully to make sure it does not overcook.  Remove from tin and let cool on wax paper on the kitchen counter.
