Bread Dressing for Thanksgiving

Ingredients:

8 eggs, slightly mixed                2 quarts turkey broth (approximate)

3 stalks celery, chopped           60 ounces bread, torn into chunks

1 onion, chopped                      salt

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix together eggs, celery, onion, bread and broth, stirring the broth in last and until the mixture is moistened.  Sprinkle with some salt, and put dressing into a greased casserole dish.  The mixture may require a 9x13x2 casserole dish plus a smaller dish.  Bake until the top is golden brown (perhaps 45 minutes?).
