This is a 1900 picture of the El Paso Journal editorial staff.  They are:  #1, Carrie Williamson;  #2, Clara Williamson;  #3, Robert J. Evans;  #4, G. R. Curtiss;  and #5, C. F. Curtiss.  It was Robert J. Evans and G. R. Curtiss who owned the business.
